Dear Derek & Lori
We wanted to let you know just how thrilled we are with our new Parkhill home and extend both our congratulations for a job well done and our appreciation for all your efforts through the entire design to build process.
It seems only appropriate that we formally recognize the huge efforts made by the entire Parkhill team in creating a unique and distinctive custom home that is appealing, functional, state of the art and simply gorgeous. Our expectations haven’t been met; they’ve been exceeded. Kudos to all of you, with special thanks to Derek for his expertise, patience, understanding and flexibility and Lori for her invaluable assistance in all matters and in particular with the selection and coordination of finishing products and colors.

We want to acknowledge our sincere appreciation for Parkhill Homes and our new friends Derek & Lori Thorsteinson. How many home builders can say they earn friends from their business?We received a recommendation for Parkhill Homes from a close friend. He knew someone who had two Parkhill homes built. As we were planning for retirement, we wanted the perfect home, on the perfect lot we had purchased on Lake Winnipeg. Our first meeting with Derek and Lori proved to us we made the right decision to approach Parkhill. Everything was discussed in detail, with an informative approach that made the process completely satisfying.
With Parkhill, the entire project from the contract signing, selection process, site visits, supplier visits, move in and everything between was handled in the best possible way to ensure the customer was at ease. Parkhill consistently made our requirements their priority and directed the construction trades in a similar manner.
Parkhill’s experience in construction ensured any opportunities that arose were handled professionally and completely to the satisfaction of the customer.
